QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We work hard to ensure you receive superior levels of service at all times. Our quality control system is a multi-stage process with inspections and reporting undertaken separately:

  • Self-audit is conducted by employees via a hand-held device application to report and verify service delivery. Flexibility of the report provides for a detailed reporting and a file format that can be easily emailed to you.
  • Client’s verification allows us to gain feedback on the service levels you receive.
  • Supervisors/senior managers conduct on-site inspections to verify service delivery and ensure a level of quality delivery is maintained.
  • Site-specific manuals, guidelines, checklists and reporting sheets are also provided on site for ease of reference.

QUALITY MEASUREMENT

Structured quality measurement systems are in place to allow us to consistently analyse and improve the level of service quality that we provide to you. If we detect trends that can negatively impact quality levels, then we isolate these and develop initiatives for improvement. These are then included in our monthly reports to provide you with meaningful benchmarks. We are currently in the process of being accredited in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems), Environmental Systems (ISO 14001) as well as Work, Health & Safety Systems (AS/NZS 4801:2001).

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our affiliations and memberships with some of the industry’s governing bodies – the Facility Management Association of Australia, the National Safety Council of Australia, ASIAL and Greening Australia – provide you with a peace of mind of the standard level of service that you can expect from us.
